On Wednesday afternoon in Morton, the Timberwolves beat the Oakville Acorns 51-12.
Morton/White Pass led 9-0 after a quarter and 30-7 at the break. The Timberwolves had three score in double figures with Chelbi Eveland scoring a career-high 15 points on 6 of 14 shooting. Sophomore Madison McCoy and freshman Darian Atkinson both scored 11. Whitney Elledge put in five points to go with four assists and four steals. Ashley Kelly scored four, Jade Lundy and Stefana Bertucci each added two points, and Kayla Reynolds one. Lundy led the team with nine rebounds (seven offensive) and Reynolds picked up seven steals.
The T-Wolves shot 32 percent for the game (20 of 63) and limited the Acorns to just eight percent (3 of 36).
